On 24 May 2024 which is Day 2 after our arrival to BP, we visited the family of my wife's eldest brother and his wife in Keluang together with my MIL. They have not changed much since we last met in October 2022 during a Lim's grand reunion outing to Ipoh (Read here).
Upon reaching Keluang, we bought a couples of dishes from the Tiong Hwa Restaurant for our mini reunion lunch.
Similar to many aging couples in Malaysia, two of them now live alone in their big house. Their daughter Sophia is married and stays in UK. Their son, Tai Tai is too married and is staying in KL.
But the sad news is that Tai Tai is suffering from a rare illness that renders him unable to work. It is our prayer that he will find a cure that will enable him to regain his normal self and health again!
