A trip to the African continent would be incomplete without experiencing a safari - an expedition into the wild that offers the thrill of observing and tracking animals in their natural habitat.
Our adventure was divided into two sessions. The first began on Day 1 at 4:30 pm, when the golden glow of the late afternoon cast long shadows across the savannah. We continued until darkness slowly settled in around 6:30 pm, making further exploration impossible. The second session started at dawn the following day, at 6:30 am, when the cool morning air carried the sounds of awakening wildlife. By 9:00 am, as the sun grew stronger and the animals retreated deeper into the bush, our safari came to a close.
In the midst of the safari, our vehicle broke down due to a mechanical problem.

Sun was just about to set by the time we ended at Day 1.

ReplyDeleteI suppose the wild animals are so used to the smell of human flesh either it does not stimulate them or they know the risk involved. Anyway, the ranger carries gun, just in case :)
