Eating together is one key activity of family reunion. For this rare get-together of three families coming from Sabah, Singapore and Australia, We have eaten a great variety of food, some at home and some in restaurants and cafes.
As in previous family reunions, barbeque is always in the Eat List. For barbeque, Serene's backyard is perfect for such occasion.
For the youngsters, as in previous family gathering (Read here), barbequing marshmallows was meticulously followed through including sterilizing the sticks used to hold the marshmallows!

Besides eating Dim Sum in a more formal setting in Dragon Palace in Cockburn Gateway Shopping Centre, we also explored the numerous food stores in Fremantle Markets trying out different hawker-typed food.

Mid-Autumn Festival 2023 happened to fall within our holidays in WA. For the first time in many many years, we celebrated this year's Moon Cake Festival together.

After spending eleven days in WA, Sam's family finally returned to Singapore on 30 September 2023. We had brunch at the Two hands Noodles Shop before they flew off.
We were at this restaurant nine months ago on 30 December 2022 to fulfill one of the Wish Lists of Nathan and Grace, i.e. to eat their favourite noodles (Read here) in Two Hands Noodles Shop. This time, I again chose the Rice Noodle with Crispy Fried Fish.
