The next stopover after meeting the Giant was Wyalup-Rocky Point in Bunbury. Wyalup which means "a place of mourning" is historically, the aboriginal people Noongar burial ground.
At the beach, I was surprised to see columns of stones all over the coastline. These stones which I discovered are in fact Basalt columns that are 130 million years old volcanic eruption remnants.
Notwithstanding the strong waves and the darkish Basalt, the sand at the beach is clean, litter-free and beautiful, a sight that is not seen in the beach of KK (Read here).
