We departed from Athens International Airport by Sky Express airlines at around 8.30pm landed in Mykonos just 45 minutes later. It's late evening by the time we checked into our hotel, Alkyon Hotel on 11.10.2024.
Breakfast at the hotel was an exquisite experience. The hotel built on the hill side allows stunning view of the coastline and the picturesque countless of typical white-washed buildings with blue doors and windows spread all over the hill. I was told later by the local guide that it is by laws that all buildings must be painted white! That law created a unique landscape for Mykonos!
